The Vocational Skills Award funds short-cycle training that leads to local employment. Scholars receive tuition, a starter toolkit, and job-placement coaching with partner employers after graduation.
Age
Ages 18–30 at course start.
Program
Accepted into a partner vocational institute for an eligible trade.
Work readiness
Available for full-time training and a post-course placement interview.
Government-issued ID
Passport, national ID, or birth certificate (PDF or JPG).
Academic transcript
Most recent official or school-stamped transcript.
Recommendation letter
From a teacher, mentor, or community leader (max 2 pages).
Household income statement
Payslip, tax document, or sworn affidavit of need.
Electrical, welding, culinary arts, solar technician, and digital skills tracks offered by partner institutes.
