This pathway removes the most common barriers that force girls to leave school early. Awards cover fees, uniforms, exam costs, and supervised transport where routes are unsafe. Local mentors meet scholars monthly to track wellbeing and academic progress.

Eligibility
Gender & age
Girls aged 13–19 enrolled in secondary school or transitioning into Form 1.
Location
Resident in a partner district in Kenya, Uganda, or Ethiopia.
Attendance
Minimum 80% attendance in the prior term, or a documented exception.
